2. Room Booking Policy

  • All room bookings are subject to availability.
  • Guests must provide valid identification at check-in.
  • A deposit may be required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.
  • Cancellations or modifications should be made as per the booking policy communicated at the time of reservation.

3. Food Ordering & Delivery Policy

  • A minimum order value of ₹200 is required for delivery.
  • Delivery is available within a 4 km radius of our location.
  • Orders once placed cannot be modified or canceled after confirmation.
  • We aim for fast delivery; however, delays due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances may occur.

4. Event Booking & Banquet Services

  • Event bookings require an advance deposit to confirm the reservation.
  • Any damage to the property during the event will be the responsibility of the event organizer.
  • Cancellations must be made within the specified timeframe to avoid penalties.

5. Payment Terms

  • Payments can be made via cash, credit/debit cards, UPI, or other available online payment methods.
  • All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing without prior notice.

6. Code of Conduct

  • Guests and visitors are expected to behave respectfully and responsibly.
  • We reserve the right to deny service or entry to individuals who cause disturbances or violate our policies.

7. Liability & Disclaimer

  • The Noble Resort & Mirch Masala Restaurant is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.
  • We are not responsible for injuries or accidents caused by negligence or misuse of our facilities.

8. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Room and event booking cancellations must be made within the specified timeframe to avoid charges.
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed as per our refund policy communicated at the time of booking.
  • Food orders once confirmed cannot be canceled or refunded.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

  • Your personal information is protected as per our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your data as outlined in the policy.

10. Governing Law

  • These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Ara, Bihar.
